We are seeking a Director of Operations, who will be responsible for overseeing production, production technologies, and supply chains. The role includes improving production efficiency in Finland and the Czech Republic and developing collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure efficient and high-quality supply chains. The goal is to design and implement long-term manufacturing and partner strategies to meet the international growth objectives of the client. The Director will report directly to the CEO and participate as a member of the executive team in the strategic development of the company.
The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in production management and a deep understanding of the OEM sector and supply chains. A degree in engineering is required for this position. We value strong collaboration skills, the ability to lead multicultural teams, and experience in an international business environment. The role requires readiness to travel, and fluency in English is a must. The position is based in Oulu, with a start date to be agreed upon.
