The Director of Tax at our client reports to the Group Chief Financial Officer and is responsible for developing and implementing the organization's long-term tax strategy. This includes executing tax planning processes to minimize after-tax costs in compliance with applicable laws across various jurisdictions. The Director of Tax will lead a high-performing tax team, providing support to current and future business initiatives to optimize organizational value.As a senior member of the Finance team, the Director of Tax will communicate proactively and transparently while overseeing income tax and commodity tax matters for our client's privately held entities. Collaboration with the corporate JDI tax team is essential to identify implications to the broader business and ensure alignment with overall corporate tax strategies. The successful candidate will play a key role in the organization's growth and contribute to building a strong tax team to support our client's objectives.
