The client is seeking a Director of Streaming Product & Growth to shape the future of a major digital streaming platform during a pivotal stage of its development. In this role, you will take full ownership of a rapidly scaling subscription offering, drive commercial performance, lead digital transformation, and help influence strategic direction across the organization.
As the commercial lead for the digital subscription proposition, you will define the strategic vision and market position and guide the commercial roadmap across pricing, packaging, and go-to-market strategy, as well as the customer lifecycle. You will steer revenue growth and improve P&L performance through clear strategy and effective commercial levers, while owning end-to-end growth initiatives across acquisition, retention, churn reduction, and lifetime value optimization.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, Data, Finance, Audience Insight, and Editorial to drive digital-first growth. The role calls for strong stakeholder management and the authority to influence leadership and executive stakeholders, along with strong commercial acumen and experience shaping revenue-generating strategies for digital subscription, streaming, or direct-to-consumer business models. You should also bring expertise in churn reduction, forecasting, revenue modeling, and subscription dynamics, as well as broad digital growth capability across performance marketing, product, analytics, and customer journey optimization.
