Our client is seeking a Director of Strategy and Policy to join their senior team and Board. This role involves working closely with members to shape the strategic direction and policy priorities for the eye care and audiology sectors. The Director will collaborate with the Director of Policy & Regulation and the wider team to ensure these priorities are developed and delivered effectively. They will also help shape evidence-based policy priorities aligned with our client's mission, working with members and stakeholders to effect change and maximize impact. Additionally, the Director will raise political awareness of sight and hearing loss as major health challenges, ensuring policy is informed by clinical insight and contributing to the Group's strategic leadership and governance goals.The ideal candidate for this role will be a dynamic leader with experience in shaping strategic direction and policy priorities. They will have a strong understanding of the eye care and audiology sectors and be able to work effectively with members and key stakeholders to drive change.
