The client is seeking a Director of Strategic Philanthropy for the Northeast Region, serving as the senior fundraising leader for a territory covering the Mid-Atlantic and Northeastern United States. In this role, you will set the regional strategic vision, drive fundraising efforts, and oversee regional operations to support continued growth and success across New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts, and Pennsylvania.
You will foster greater alignment and collaboration across the organization, strengthen the national brand, and help build a pipeline for board engagement and representation. The position partners closely with an active lay leadership structure, including a leadership council whose members act as ambassadors and supporters throughout the region.
This role supports The client’s mission by helping fund critical programs that may include emergency response capabilities, medical resources, and training initiatives. The role is expected to operate on a hybrid schedule with two to three work-from-home days, and it involves leadership that is mission-driven and focused on measurable impact through fundraising and regional partnership.
