the client is a consumer health company undergoing a strong growth transformation. Reporting to the Chief Transformation Officer, the Director of Strategic Initiatives will partner with the executive team to drive high-impact priorities across transformation and growth initiatives, including preparing for a potential IPO or strategic exit, advancing digital transformation efforts, and supporting entry into a new AI-focused category.
The role is expected to involve shaping strategy, coordinating cross-functional efforts, and supporting executive decision-making as initiatives are planned and executed. The director will help translate transformation priorities into actionable plans that align with business objectives and may include supporting workstreams related to commercialization and technology-enabled growth.
The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of strategy consulting experience from a top-tier firm and exposure to retail, consumer, or hospitality industries. Operating experience in a consumer, retail, or hospitality environment outside of consulting capacity is a plus. Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with senior leaders are essential.
