The Director of Sport will be responsible for overseeing the strategic direction of the sporting programme, ensuring student participation and achievement, and providing a high-quality sporting experience for students, staff, and the wider community. They will lead a team of various sports professionals, including the Head of Sport Development, Head of Sport Pathways, Head of Rowing, Coach Development and Athlete Performance Coordinator, Strength and Conditioning Coordinator, and Sport Administrator.The Director of Sport will work closely with the leadership team to develop and implement initiatives to enhance the sporting programme, promote a culture of excellence and sportsmanship, and support the overall well-being of students. They will also be responsible for managing budgets, resources, and facilities to ensure the smooth operation of the sporting programme and the success of student athletes.
