EHRC is looking for a Director, Special Projects to oversee the development of Canada's workforce strategy for the electricity sector. This role will report to the CEO and involve leading special projects through stakeholder engagement, partnership development, workforce initiatives, and industry collaboration. The Director will work with a variety of stakeholders including employers, labour organizations, educators, Indigenous partners, governments, and industry stakeholders to address workforce challenges and create long-term sector impact.The ideal candidate will have experience in strategic leadership and a strong background in workforce development. They will be responsible for building and strengthening relationships, fostering collaboration, and advancing initiatives that support the evolving workforce needs of the electricity sector.
