Orange Anglican Grammar School (OAGS) is looking for a Director of Secondary School to lead Years 7-12 with a focus on strategic oversight, operational excellence, and a commitment to Christian education. This role is crucial in shaping the academic, pastoral, and cultural aspects of the Senior School in alignment with the school's mission of seeking Truth, pursuing Excellence, and living a life fulfilled in Service. Reporting to the Headmaster and serving on the School Executive, the Director will lead a team of Stage and Faculty Coordinators and teaching staff to drive curriculum innovation, student engagement, staff development, and school operations.The Director will be responsible for overseeing teaching and learning programs, pastoral care frameworks, assessment schedules, and transition programs while fostering a culture of professional excellence and continuous improvement. They will play a key role in ensuring the overall success and growth of the Secondary School by providing leadership, guidance, and support to staff and students. The ideal candidate will be a visionary and servant-hearted individual with a deep commitment to Christian education and a passion for shaping the lives of young people in a holistic manner.
