Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field, along with at least 5 years of experience in hospitality or hotel sales and marketing. Supervisory experience is required, as well as strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Excellent communication skills, the ability to build and maintain client relationships, and a track record of driving new business are also important qualifications. Fluency in English is required, with additional language skills being a plus.
