The client is seeking a Director of Revenue Operations to build and scale the systems, processes, data, and operating infrastructure that support predictable and efficient revenue growth. This leader will partner across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance, Product, and Operations to optimize the end-to-end customer lifecycle and provide leadership with clear visibility into business performance.
Key responsibilities include leading and continuously improving Revenue Operations across forecasting, pipeline management, reporting, data governance, and customer lifecycle processes. The role will own and optimize CRM and revenue technology platforms, ensuring data integrity, adoption, integration, and scalability, while establishing KPIs, dashboards, forecasting methodologies, and operating rhythms that improve visibility and accountability. It also involves strengthening pipeline governance, opportunity management, sales productivity, customer retention, and expansion, as well as partnering cross-functionally to optimize lead management, pricing, quoting, contracting, customer handoffs, and go-to-market execution.
Additional responsibilities include identifying and implementing automation and process improvements, potentially including AI-enabled workflows, to increase efficiency and scalability, and supporting strategic initiatives such as territory and capacity planning, product launches, and go-to-market execution. The role is expected to deliver actionable executive and board-level reporting and insights to support data-driven decision-making. The client expects 5+ years of progressive experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, or a related function (ideally within a SaaS or subscription-based business), strong experience with CRM and revenue technology platforms (including data governance, integrations, and adoption), demonstrated expertise in revenue forecasting, pipeline management, KPIs and dashboards, and strong analytical and financial acumen, along with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders.
