The Director, Real Estate will work closely with the Associate Vice-President to develop and execute our client's real estate strategy. This includes translating institutional priorities into a pipeline of real estate initiatives, overseeing transactions, leasing, and asset management activities, and providing expert advice on real estate matters. The Director will be responsible for ensuring successful delivery and performance of the real estate portfolio, coordinating due diligence and governance processes, and supporting institutional decision-making.The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and experience in complex real estate transactions. They should have a deep understanding of commercial leasing and asset management, as well as the ability to prioritize and execute real estate initiatives in alignment with institutional goals. The Director will play a key role in shaping our client's real estate strategy and ensuring the successful implementation of real estate projects to support the institution's mission and vision.
