The client is a nonprofit organization focused on expanding homeownership opportunities, addressing housing affordability, and building sustainable communities. Since its founding, it has supported low- to moderate-income families and first-time homebuyers through a range of services including homebuyer education, financial coaching, lending and realty services, home rehabilitation, foreclosure intervention, and community building, with the goal of helping participants achieve greater financial stability and stronger communities.
Reporting to the CEO & Executive Director, the Director of Programs & Operations will lead the strategic direction and implementation of the organization’s programs. This role will manage and develop the Programs & Operations team and strengthen operational systems to support compliance and operational excellence.
The Director of Programs & Operations will also deepen community partnerships and outreach efforts to expand the reach and impact of the organization’s programs and services. The position is expected to focus on translating organizational priorities into effective program operations while building collaborative relationships that help drive community engagement and service delivery.
