Bounty & Soul is looking for a Director of Program Operations to oversee various programs and operational systems. Reporting to the Deputy Director, this role involves managing Rooted in Health, Volunteer Programs, Community Engagement, and Benevolent Box, as well as facilities, fleet, equipment, safety, and warehouse operations. The Director will lead a team of Program Managers to ensure strong programs and community impact, while also collaborating closely with the Director of Food and Farms to align priorities and provide cohesive leadership.The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and experience in program management and operational oversight. The salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $76,000, with a competitive benefits package including health, dental, vision, short term disability, life insurance, and PTO.
