Amplify is looking for two dynamic leaders to join their team as Director of Primary and Director of Secondary. These roles will be instrumental in shaping the educational direction of the organization and will sit on the Trust Executive Leadership Team. The successful candidates will work closely with the Directors of Education and the CEO to lead strategy, standards, and improvement within their respective phases, ensuring high expectations, inclusive practice, and strong outcomes for all students. They will also support and challenge headteachers, facilitate effective school improvement, prepare schools for Ofsted inspections, and report to Trust governance on the quality of education and impact of improvement efforts. In addition to driving consistency and collaboration at scale, the Directors will also uphold the individuality and community identity of each school.The ideal candidates for these positions will have a strong background in education leadership, with experience in strategic planning, standards, and improvement. They will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders.
