The client is seeking a Director of the Physician Assistant (PA) Program for a 12-month administrative appointment with faculty rank. The director provides academic, strategic, and operational leadership for the Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies (MSPAS) degree program.
The Director is responsible for planning, development, implementation, management, and evaluation of the program, ensuring alignment with the ARC-PA Standards of Accreditation and with applicable college and university policies and practices. This role includes overseeing the program’s academic quality and continuous improvement to support student learning and program effectiveness.
The Director will collaborate closely with the Dean of the College of Health Sciences and other members of the university leadership team to advance the program’s vision, mission, values, goals, and student learning outcomes. The role also supports the broader objectives of the PA profession through leadership and partnership across academic and administrative stakeholders.
