The Director of People Operations at our client is a strategic leadership role overseeing all human resources operations, including talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits administration, and organizational development. Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, this position leads a small HR team and manages a $1 million departmental budget. The ideal candidate will have significant senior-level HR experience in both nonprofit and for-profit environments, and will lead with emotional intelligence, empathy, and sound judgment.In addition to traditional HR responsibilities, the Director of People Operations at our client serves as a systems builder and culture leader within a deeply mission-driven organization. This individual will partner with executive leadership to strengthen organizational health, support leadership development initiatives, and navigate the complexities of rapid organizational growth and emotionally demanding ministry work.
