The client is seeking a Director of People & Culture to help redefine what a thriving workplace looks like and to shape a people strategy that is dynamic and human-centered. This leadership role will support how the organization attracts, develops, and retains talent, amplifying culture and driving engagement across the company. Working remotely, the Director will function as a strategic partner and culture catalyst, inspiring leaders, coaching teams, and ensuring organizational values are reflected in day-to-day interactions.
The Director will be responsible for culture and employee engagement initiatives, including advancing enterprise-wide diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts and strengthening belonging, recognition, and trust across all organizational levels. The role will also lead engagement and feedback efforts and turn insights into people-centered initiatives and experiences. In addition, the Director will collaborate with internal communications to deliver storytelling that connects, informs, and inspires, and will champion collective ways of working that emphasize creativity and curiosity.
Key scope includes talent acquisition and employer brand, where the Director will develop and execute inclusive strategies to attract and engage diverse talent, evolve the organization’s employer positioning, and use data to refine hiring approaches and improve candidate experience. The Director will partner with hiring managers to educate and strengthen recruiting practices and will also lead learning and development efforts by building a culture of ongoing growth, experimentation, and leadership development through engaging learning experiences. This role is expected to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution in a fast-moving, ideas-driven environment.
