The Director position within our client's Organisational Enablement team, reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, will play a crucial role in providing leadership and shaping the direction of the organization as it continues to grow and evolve. This individual will be responsible for leading the People and Culture function, building leadership and organizational capability, fostering collaboration and accountability, and preparing the organization for the impact of AI on its workforce and operations. While not a member of the Executive Team, the Director will have a significant presence and authority to advise and challenge the Executive, helping to develop a shared approach to leadership and uphold the organizational culture.Working closely with the Executive Team, the Director will be a key player in driving organizational effectiveness and ensuring alignment with strategic goals. This role will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to drive change, enhance employee engagement, and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
