This senior leadership role will involve overseeing all aspects of human resources and providing strategic oversight to the Employment Services Division. The Director will play a key role in shaping people-centered strategy and supporting participants in achieving employment and educational success.

Responsibilities of the Director of People and Culture include guiding HR practices and policies that align with the client's mission and values, overseeing all HR functions, leading initiatives to support employee engagement and wellness, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The role also involves overseeing the Employment Services division, evaluating programs, supporting staff training, and managing risk.
