Description

The client seeks an experienced, values-driven Director of People & Culture to help advance its mission through a people-centered, equity-focused workplace. In this leadership role, you will shape strategic and operational HR efforts that support staff delivering critical, high-impact services across a multi-site organization, with a focus on inclusive culture, employee engagement, retention, and organizational effectiveness in a complex, compliance-driven union environment.

Reporting to the Chief People & Culture Officer (CPCO), the Director provides company-wide leadership across human resources functions.
