The role of People & Culture leader at Fundy Harbour Groups involves working closely with senior leadership to develop and implement strategies for workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance management, compensation, succession planning, leadership development, employee relations, HR systems, and compliance. This position requires a balance of strategic leadership and hands-on execution to build and shape the organization's People & Culture function. The successful candidate will be responsible for introducing structure and discipline while maintaining the entrepreneurial spirit and agility that have contributed to the Group's success.Reporting to the Vice President of Operations, the People & Culture leader will play a key role in shaping the organization's evolution and supporting the business through the development of organizational infrastructure. This is a builder role that requires a strong focus on developing the strategy, practices, and processes necessary to support the Group's growth and success. The ideal candidate will have experience in all aspects of HR management and will be able to work collaboratively with senior leadership to drive positive change within the organization.
