The Director of Operations will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of multiple specialty offices, including developing operational plans and budgets, implementing policies and procedures, and ensuring financial success. They will manage a team of 64 staff members and work closely with the Executive Director of Clinics to ensure the smooth functioning of the assigned practices/offices. The Director of Operations will also be responsible for directing the implementation of operational plans and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.In addition to managing the operations of the specialty offices, the Director of Operations will be responsible for monitoring key performance indicators, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity. They will also be responsible for fostering a positive work environment, promoting teamwork, and providing leadership and guidance to staff members. The successful candidate will have a strong background in healthcare operations management, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to effectively manage a large team in a fast-paced environment.
