The Director of Operations Primary Care reports to the Executive Director of Clinics and is responsible for implementing operating policies and procedures within assigned practices/offices. This includes developing operational plans and budgets, directing plan implementation, and ensuring financial success. They also support the development of strategic plans to achieve goals set by the organization, supervise Clinic Supervisors, and lead implementation teams for projects and initiatives in their region. Additionally, they provide administrative support to Physicians in their region and ensure adherence to policies and procedures.The Director of Operations Primary Care plays a key role in ensuring the success of assigned practices/offices by overseeing operations, managing budgets, and guiding Clinic Supervisors. They work closely with Physicians to implement policies and procedures and support the strategic goals of the organization. This position requires strong leadership skills, the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and a commitment to achieving financial success and operational excellence within the assigned practices/offices.
