Our client is looking for a Director of Operations for Medical Imaging Services to oversee the delivery, performance, and sustainability of medical imaging services across the health district. This senior leadership position will involve providing strategic and operational leadership for all imaging modalities, ensuring services are safe, high-quality, patient-centered, and financially sustainable. The Director will work closely with the Clinical Director Medical Imaging and Hospital General Managers to improve service performance, access, efficiency, workforce sustainability, and financial stewardship across multiple sites.The Director will be responsible for developing and implementing consistent operating models, policies, and performance expectations, using data and analytics to drive service improvement and inform decision-making. They will lead complex service planning to optimize access, flow, and utilization, aligning with district clinical service plans and responding to increasing clinical demand. This role requires a highly capable and strategic leader who can navigate a large and complex public health environment to ensure the success and sustainability of medical imaging services within the health district.
