Our client is looking for a Director of Nursing Workforce and Informatics to lead workforce strategy and informatics capability within their organization. This executive leadership role will involve working closely with various stakeholders to provide strategic and operational leadership for workforce planning, reform, and nursing information systems. The Director will be responsible for developing and implementing frameworks, systems, and initiatives to support nursing and midwifery practice, workforce sustainability, service quality, and patient-centered care.The successful candidate will report to the Executive Director of Nursing and Patient Experience and will play a key role in shaping workforce strategy and informatics capability within one of Australia's largest public health services. The Director will work closely with the CALHN Executive, Program Directors, and Nursing Leadership Team to drive workforce planning, workforce reform, and emerging workforce priorities.
