The client is seeking a Director of Marketing to lead and execute the organization’s marketing strategy and support continued growth. The role will oversee product development marketing, operational marketing, and management of external agency partners, with the objective of strengthening brand presence and innovation across multiple customer touchpoints.
Key responsibilities include leading and developing a lean marketing team; managing relationships with external agencies covering creative, public relations, and performance marketing; and driving product development from concept through market launch in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders. The director will craft and execute an integrated marketing strategy spanning digital, e-commerce, and in-person sales channels, while monitoring market trends and conducting competitive analysis to identify opportunities for expansion and improvement.
The ideal candidate will be a seasoned marketing executive with a strong background in the beauty industry, including demonstrated success in marketing campaigns and product launches. Requirements include at least 10 years of marketing experience and at least 5 years in a leadership role, a record of scaling marketing and product initiatives, and the ability to collaborate effectively with product development teams and external agencies. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential, along with a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field (an advanced degree may be preferred), and a willingness to relocate to and work on-site in the Chandler, AZ area.
