The client is seeking a Director of Marketing & Branding to develop and execute strategies that enhance brand presence, drive consumer engagement, and maximize market impact. This leadership role will focus on go-to-market execution, influencer marketing, and brand storytelling, blending creativity with data-driven decision-making to support sustained brand growth.

Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining a consistent brand strategy across all touchpoints; leading go-to-market planning, launch timelines, and cross-functional execution; overseeing influencer and ambassador marketing programs and strategic partnerships; directing the creation of engaging brand content and storytelling; and managing multi-channel campaigns that integrate digital, social, retail, and experiential activations. The role also involves analyzing performance metrics to identify trends, making optimization decisions, managing external agency relationships for quality and consistency, and overseeing marketing budget allocation to improve ROI and execution efficiency.

Candidates are expected to have 8+ years of experience in brand marketing, preferably for premium consumer products in sporting goods, outdoor, watersports, or action sports contexts, along with a proven track record in go-to-market strategy, brand campaigns, and influencer partnerships. Strong leadership experience across cross-functional teams and external partners is required, as is expertise in digital marketing, content creation, and omnichannel brand positioning, with the ability to translate consumer insights and market trends into actionable plans. The role also requires strong analytical skills for performance assessment, and exceptional communication and storytelling abilities to elevate brand perception and engagement.
