The client, a leading packaging manufacturing company in North America, is seeking a Director of Marketing & Customer Success to join their team in Amherst, Nova Scotia. Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing, the Director will be responsible for overseeing inbound marketing, brand positioning, customer acquisition, and account growth strategies. Key responsibilities include developing marketing strategies, managing pricing, and collaborating with Sales and Operations leaders to ensure effective promotion of the company's service proposition.

The ideal candidate will have relevant industry experience in manufacturing or industrial B2B settings with complex sales cycles. An understanding of B2B markets, brand management, and advertising will be preferred. Proficiency in marketing automation, CRM, analytics tools, and strong analytical skills in marketing metrics and ROI analysis are essential for success in this role. Strong communication, interpersonal, and people leadership skills, along with business acumen and analytical abilities, are also required.

Additional assets for the role include experience in sales, strategic pricing leadership, project management, and familiarity with SAP and Power BI. Strong organizational and time management skills, as well as the ability to exercise sound judgment, are essential. The Director will also be responsible for conducting market research, financial evaluations, and developing revenue and margin forecasts for Sales and Operations Planning.
