The client is seeking a Director of IT to lead the translation of technology strategy into disciplined execution across enterprise applications, cloud services, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data, and AI-enabled business transformation. This is a business-minded, technically hands-on leadership role that combines strategic oversight with the ability to engage deeply in complex systems and integrations as needed. The director will help drive continuous improvement and measurable impact within a growing organization.
Key priorities include optimizing and supporting the organization’s enterprise platforms, enhancing enterprise monitoring capabilities, evaluating and modernizing communications capabilities, and advancing AI-enabled tools while continuing to strengthen cybersecurity and cloud operations across major cloud environments. The role will also involve deep engagement with solution design and operational problem-solving across systems such as enterprise application suites, customer relationship management platforms, integrations, and architecture, supported by program management to ensure effective delivery and continuous operational improvements.
The director will partner closely with cross-functional leaders across manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, sales, customer service, finance, and executive leadership to ensure technology execution aligns with business needs. The position is based onsite in Sarasota, Florida, with an expectation that candidates reside in or are willing to relocate to the Sarasota area. Regular travel to manufacturing operations in Raymore, Missouri, is required.
