The client is seeking a Director of Investor Relations to serve as a highly visible, execution-focused partner during a pivotal period of growth. Reporting directly to the CFO, the Director will work closely with the CEO and CFO to define and deliver a clear, differentiated investment narrative that translates complex scientific, clinical, and regulatory information into compelling messaging for institutional investors and sell-side analysts.
The Director will be a primary point of contact for institutional investors, sell-side analysts, and shareholders, owning and continuously refining the investment thesis and equity story. Key responsibilities will include leading day-to-day investor relations execution such as earnings preparation, investor presentations, Q&A preparation, and supporting conferences, roadshows, and investor targeting, while also developing investor communications around clinical readouts and regulatory milestones.
The role will require drafting and coordinating scientific and financial content for investor-facing materials and ensuring external communications comply with applicable disclosure requirements. The Director will also monitor peer companies, the competitive landscape, clinical and regulatory developments, and sector trends; track analyst models and consensus expectations; generate actionable insights for senior leadership; maintain long-term relationships with investors and analysts; and support commercialization and launch-related messaging by integrating scientific, clinical, financial, and commercial narratives into a cohesive equity story.
