Description

Client is seeking a Director of Integrated Fundraising and Marketing, a leadership role reporting to the Executive Director. The position is responsible for direct response fundraising and strategic brand management, with a focus on improving the effectiveness of donor outreach and retention through mission-driven, integrated efforts. This role oversees brand strategy, creative production, and organizational content strategy, working closely with the Executive Director and other key stakeholders to ensure consistent, seamless messaging.

The Director will develop and execute integrated fundraising strategies across multiple channels, including web, email, direct mail, social media, radio, and television, while ensuring key performance indicators are met. Responsibilities include building annual plans and providing regular reporting on channel performance, collaborating with external partners, and conducting market research and testing to refine approaches. The role will maintain current knowledge of nonprofit market trends and integrated fundraising best practices, implement quality standards, establish and manage fundraising revenue targets, set benchmarks and KPIs to monitor progress, and use outcomes to drive campaign performance improvements.

In addition, the Director will define and enhance the client’s brand and its impact on current and potential donors, and develop marketing and communications strategy plans aligned with the organization’s brand and image. The role includes developing and executing the organizational content strategy across platforms, overseeing agency communications and marketing campaigns to strengthen marketplace positioning, and collaborating with global peers on strategy and branding initiatives. The Director will also support department budgeting, ensure department strategies align with the organizational strategic plan, and develop, lead, and mentor high-performing teams.
