Reporting to the Vice President & Chief Administrative Officer, the role is responsible for cultivating, securing, and stewarding institutional investments that advance the organization’s mission, strategic priorities, capital projects, environmental initiatives, and community programs.

The Director will oversee institutional giving end-to-end, including prospect development, relationship management, grant strategy, proposal development, stewardship, and reporting. Key responsibilities include managing a portfolio of institutional funders and strategic partners; identifying and pursuing new funding opportunities aligned with organizational programs and needs; overseeing grant proposal and reporting deliverables; managing grant systems and processes such as calendars, deadlines, stewardship activities, and CRM tracking; coordinating with programmatic and finance teams to support compliance and impact reporting; and supporting sponsorship fulfillment, donor engagement, and institutional partner visibility across programs and events.
