As a Director of Information Technology, you will support the development and execution of IT solutions across infrastructure, cybersecurity, business systems, digital innovation, and data strategy. You will guide the technology planning process, oversee project and service delivery to business teams, and partner with key stakeholders to define and execute a long-term IT strategy and solution portfolio in alignment with business objectives. You will also help ensure IT investments support organizational growth and performance.
Your responsibilities will include refining and executing the IT strategy and investments aligned to business and growth goals, identifying and implementing best practices for future needs, and serving as a business partner to cross-functional teams to enable technology-driven opportunities that improve efficiency, innovation, and scalability. You will lead IT governance activities such as regular IT audits, enterprise risk evaluations, and compliance-related meetings with executive stakeholders to maintain alignment between IT strategies, business objectives, and operational capacity. You will oversee secure, scalable IT infrastructure, ensure reliability and continuous improvement of critical business systems (including ERP, CRM, and reporting tools), and maintain expert knowledge of business processes and industry trends to keep solutions current.
You will lead, mentor, and develop an IT team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability through performance management and professional growth opportunities. You will maintain comprehensive cybersecurity strategies to protect sensitive data, manage vendor relationships and service agreements for enterprise systems and related infrastructure and services, and own the execution of the annual IT operating and capital budget. You are expected to bring a bachelor’s degree in a related field and progressive IT experience with substantial leadership responsibility managing teams, external vendors, and enterprise applications. Additional qualifications may include working knowledge of IT infrastructure, ERP and CRM systems, strong data/SQL knowledge, and experience integrating systems using APIs and object-oriented programming, along with strong communication skills and a proactive, results-driven approach.
