Our client is seeking a Director of Human Resources to lead a team of approximately 10 HR professionals and oversee all core HR functions, including strategic planning, workforce planning, talent management, recruitment, compensation, benefits, diversity, equity, inclusion, employee wellness, engagement, leadership development, and employee learning and development. Reporting to the Commissioner of Human Resources, Communications, and Customer Service, this role is a key member of the Senior Leadership Team and will play a crucial role in shaping the future of HR and building a resilient, high-performing workforce aligned with the City's vision and strategic direction.
