The client is seeking a Director of Human Resources to provide strategic and employee-focused operational leadership for all human resources functions. Based in Moncton, New Brunswick, the role will report directly to the Superintendent and CEO and help advance workforce excellence through leadership in labour relations, recruitment and retention, payroll oversight, workforce planning, employee relations, policy development, volunteer processing and support, and broader organizational effectiveness initiatives.
