Our client is looking for an experienced Director of Human Resources to provide strategic leadership in the areas of talent acquisition, stakeholder experience, staff professional growth, and leadership development. This key leadership role will report directly to the Principal and be a member of the College Leadership Team and College Executive, working closely with other senior leaders to advance the College's Strategic Intent.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources management, with a focus on creating a positive and inclusive work environment in an independent school setting. The Director of Human Resources will be responsible for developing and implementing a contemporary vision for people and culture within the College, driving initiatives that support the growth and development of staff while aligning with the College's overall strategic goals.
