The Director of HR will lead talent management, employee relations, and compensation and benefits programs. The role is expected to provide regular support to leaders and employees through travel between sites, helping to reinforce HR practices and maintain alignment with organizational needs.
The ideal candidate brings over 10 years of progressive HR experience, with a strong focus on employee relations and culture, and extensive experience in manufacturing or multi-location environments. They also have demonstrated success managing compensation and benefits programs, five or more years of team leadership experience, strong business acumen, and the ability to influence across multiple business units while building high-performing teams and driving accountability in a fast-paced, operationally driven organization.
