As the client’s Director of Growth, you will define and deliver a growth strategy that unlocks untapped commercial value from an established customer base, driving step-change improvements in traffic, conversion, and lifetime value.
You will own and scale acquisition and demand generation, leading performance across PPC, SEO, and digital marketing channels to accelerate sustainable, data-driven growth. You will also lead CRM and lifecycle marketing by designing personalised, insight-led customer journeys to increase engagement, cross-sell, retention, and frequency of use, while taking end-to-end responsibility for ecommerce performance and optimising conversion through UX innovation, experimentation, and close partnership with product and engineering teams.
You will evolve the proposition by identifying and unlocking new growth opportunities while challenging the status quo, and build strategies that drive repeat usage, loyalty, and long-term customer value through lasting behavioural change. You will establish and lead a high-impact weekly trading rhythm with clear KPIs and accountability for revenue, ROI, and growth delivery, influencing cross-functional teams across marketing, digital, product, and commercial functions. The role calls for a commercially driven growth leader with a proven record of owning P&L and delivering measurable value in scaled, consumer-facing businesses, strong strategic and commercial judgment, deep experience in acquisition performance, CRM/lifecycle, and ecommerce optimisation, and the ability to lead change, embed accountability, and thrive in a private equity context focused on outcomes and ROI.
