the Director of Growth will lead customer acquisition and the performance creative function for a high-growth direct-to-consumer business, partnering closely with senior leadership and a broader media and creative organization. this is a strategic leadership role responsible for translating business goals into acquisition strategies, creative testing roadmaps, and performance improvements across the funnel. the position requires strong judgment spanning paid social, creative strategy, consumer psychology, product positioning, funnel performance, and team execution in a high-volume performance marketing environment.
Key responsibilities include owning and scaling customer acquisition strategy across paid social and other digital growth channels, and leading a performance creative function designed for high-volume testing across products, audiences, offers, formats, and platforms. the role also oversees a sizeable growth team (approximately 25 people) spanning growth strategists, coordinators, video editors, and creative contributors, while developing testing plans and messaging that establish strong performance feedback loops. the Director of Growth will manage influencer, creator, user-generated content, and whitelisting pipelines, review creative assets with a performance lens, and analyze acquisition and funnel metrics to translate performance trends into actionable recommendations; they will assess team structure, identify gaps, and support hiring and development.
