Description

the client is seeking a Director of Growth to help lead the next phase of expansion for a digital health and wellness brand. This role will support an entrepreneurial, mission-driven environment where growth has historically been driven organically through content, community, partnerships, and brand equity. The client is now looking for a growth leader to establish a more rigorous, data-driven approach to customer acquisition and to help unlock new revenue opportunities.

The Director of Growth will be the primary owner of growth initiatives, partnering directly with leadership to identify, test, and scale new acquisition channels. Responsibilities include developing and executing the overall growth strategy across paid acquisition efforts, launching and optimizing paid media programs across multiple platforms (including Meta, Google, and YouTube, as well as emerging options), and identifying new growth levers beyond the existing audience. The role also involves building measurement frameworks and attribution models, analyzing customer behavior and funnel performance, and using performance insights to guide marketing investment decisions.

The client is looking for a self-starting, analytical candidate with proven experience driving customer acquisition and revenue growth, including hands-on experience launching, managing, and optimizing paid media programs. Comfort operating independently and building processes from scratch is essential, particularly in startup or high-growth settings with limited infrastructure. A health and wellness background and a strong experimentation-focused “growth hacker” mindset are preferred, as is experience scaling consumer brands and building acquisition programs from early stages to meaningful growth.
