The client is seeking a Director of Governance, Improvement & Development for a 3-6 month initial interim contract in the North West of England. This full-time position will involve hybrid on-site working 3 days a week. The pay rate will be per day and the IR35 status is inside IR35. The ideal candidate will be an experienced adult social care professional who can lead the priorities for health and social care within the directorate. Responsibilities include driving strategic management, transformation, and improvement while implementing national and local plans to deliver high-quality services for those in need.

The Director of Governance, Improvement & Development will play a key role in overseeing the directorate's operations and ensuring compliance with regulations. They will lead efforts to enhance the quality of services provided to the community and work towards achieving organizational goals.
