The Global Director of Finance position is with our client, a global provider of integrated software solutions for engineering and manufacturing, operating in 15 countries worldwide. This role reports directly to the President of the division and involves interaction with the parent company's executive team. The Director will lead a global finance team based in the US, Europe, and Asia, with a focus on strategic financial objectives, reporting, compliance, and risk management.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics, with an MBA and CPA/CMA preferred. They should have 10-15 years of experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, and Accounting, with at least 3 years in a senior financial leadership role. Experience in a global matrix organization, manufacturing software, and large ERP systems is beneficial.
