The Global Director of Finance position is with our client, a global provider of integrated software solutions for engineering and manufacturing, operating in 15 countries worldwide. Reporting to the President of the division, the role involves leading a global finance team and interacting with the parent company's executive management. Responsibilities include financial reporting, analysis, strategic planning, compliance, risk management, and personnel development. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics, along with 10-15 years of experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, and Accounting.

Candidates should have prior experience in a senior financial leadership position, working with various departments, and in a global matrix organization. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, ERP systems, and experience in manufacturing software or technology companies is preferred.
