Built For Us PGH is seeking a Director of Fundraising to lead all fundraising efforts for the client. This volunteer leadership role involves overseeing donor strategy, campaigns, events, partnerships, and data tracking. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Executive Director and Director of External Relations to ensure fundraising practices are community-rooted and aligned with the mission of creating a future where LGBTQ+ people are empowered, protected, and celebrated.
Key responsibilities for the Director of Fundraising include designing and managing fundraising campaigns, creating donor materials and communications, building relationships with donors and supporters, and managing donor data and reports. The role also involves supporting grant research and collaboration with the grant writing team, as well as advising on budgeting and revenue goals in collaboration with leadership. The ideal candidate will have 3-5+ years of experience in fundraising, development, or nonprofit strategy, as well as strong leadership and communication skills.
