the client is seeking a Director of FP&A to serve as a key thought partner to the CFO and help drive the next phase of growth. This role will lead budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and long-range planning, while also supporting strategic initiatives that may include M&A activity, integration efforts, and executive decision-making.
The ideal candidate will bring more than seven years of progressive FP&A or strategic finance experience, along with strong financial modeling capabilities and effective business partnering skills. They should be excited by the opportunity to build, elevate, and further strengthen a best-in-class finance function.
In this position, you will be expected to translate strategic priorities into financial plans, provide clear and actionable insights to leadership, and help support decisions that guide the organization’s growth and operational execution during major initiatives.
