The client seeks a strategic, collaborative, and forward-thinking leader to serve as its Director of Financial Systems. Reporting to the Vice President for Finance, the role will shape and modernize the financial systems that support the client’s education, research, and innovation activities. As the client invests in systems modernization, the Director of Financial Systems will lead efforts to ensure financial infrastructure is resilient, scalable, and aligned with the needs of a complex, global organization.
The Director of Financial Systems will serve as the Finance Workstream Lead for an Oracle Cloud ERP implementation. This leader will guide the transformation through clear vision and effective change management, navigating a complex and decentralized environment while building buy-in across diverse units. The role will include driving the project to successful completion and establishing a sustainable long-term support model for ongoing maintenance of the Oracle ERP solution.
Strong team leadership is essential, including oversight of desktop support, project managers, analysts, and business intelligence functions, to ensure high service levels across the Vice President for Finance and the broader organization. The director will also support staffing and operational sustainability as additional commitments associated with the ERP initiative continue. The client will begin reviewing complete applications immediately and will continue through the completion of the search process.
