The Director of Financial Sponsor Coverage, Nordics will be responsible for leading and developing relationships with private equity firms in Sweden, Denmark, Norway, and Finland. This role, based in Stockholm, will involve establishing our client's first dedicated Nordic sponsor coverage platform, focusing on mid-market and upper mid-market sponsors. The Director will need to understand each sponsor's investment priorities, portfolio needs, and value-creation agenda to create account plans and commercial opportunities. Collaboration with partners and specialists across the Nordic countries, as well as European and global sponsor coverage colleagues, will be essential for success in this role.Reporting to the COO/CFO of our client Sweden, the Director will play a key role in developing pipelines, supporting multi-service growth, and strengthening our client's presence in the private equity market. This position combines senior relationship management, market intelligence, and business development across our client's Audit, Tax, Deals, Consulting, and Advisory offerings. The successful candidate will need to work closely with various teams to ensure the strategic goals of the firm are met and to drive growth in the financial sponsor coverage area.
