The ideal candidate for this position will have at least 10 years of experience in financial aid administration, a strong commitment to equity and student success, and a bachelor's degree. They should possess deep regulatory expertise in federal and state financial aid regulations, including Title IV programs, as well as strong leadership and change management skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing inclusive financial aid solutions that empower students to thrive, while also emphasizing equity, transparency, and long-term student support.The anticipated salary range for this position is $150,000-$175,000, with individual compensation determined within this range.
