The Director of Finance is responsible for developing and implementing financial strategies to support the organization's mission and goals. This includes overseeing budgeting, planning, analysis, forecasting, accounting, and reporting to ensure compliance with Board-approved policies and statutory requirements. The role involves providing strategic leadership to support the delivery of programs and services that promote reunification, family development, and the health and well-being of Indigenous children, youth, and families.Reporting directly to the CEO, the Director of Finance plays a key role in managing all aspects of our client's financial operations. This includes working closely with the Board to align financial practices with organizational goals and priorities. The successful candidate will have strong financial acumen, leadership skills, and a commitment to supporting Indigenous communities. They will also have experience in financial management, budgeting, and reporting in a complex organizational setting.
